Calvin Harris claims Taylor Swift controls the media

Calvin Harris has made questionable claims that his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Swift, controls the media. Although there was much talk about which of the two actually ended the relationship, fans of Swift seem to make Harris feel as if her popularity controls the whole story.

A fan on Harris’s Instagram stated he would be criticized by Swift’s large fan base. Harris then said, “Taylor controlled the media and this situation, I had no idea what was going on. So that kind of makes it a lot worse from my perspective.” Another posted that the DJ was jealous, to which Harris replied, “not jealous sir, FREE.”

After he discontinued following Taylor Swift, Harris started to follow her again on social media. When asked why he did it, he simply said, “I cared too much and then I didn’t care at all. I am a real person remember.” Previous claims by a source said Harris was surprised that Swift moved onto a relationship with Tom Hiddleston so fast.

“Calvin was surprised to see the photos and that she had moved on so quickly. That was fast! It was surprising to him but he just wants to move on. He’s a really good guy. Tom checks off a lot of boxes for Taylor. He’s hot, smart, talented, British, blond, everything she’s into. What’s not to like? She’s going with it and why shouldn’t she? They have been bonding over the industry, their childhoods, where they are from. It’s the getting-to-know-you phase. Taylor is just happy to have the time to meet someone new and move on from Calvin.”

After Swift’s reps reported ending the relationship with Harris was for the best, an insider said, “Taylor is not sad anymore about the breakup. She knows it was for the best. They are not on bad terms. They have communicated since the breakup, but getting back together is something that’s not in the cards for either of them. Taylor is hanging out with her friends and keeping busy. She has some plans to travel this summer. Taylor has also been writing new music.”
