Professional race driver Lewis Hamilton dating Barbara Palvin?

Lewis Hamilton is the defending Formula One champion, winning in 2008, 2014 and 2015. In turn, his accomplishments have made many ladies take notice of the fast driver.

The 31-year-old racer is reportedly romancing model Barbara Palvin, whom has dated some of the biggest names in music including Justin Bieber and Niall Horan of One Direction. Hamilton and Palvin apparently hit it off after meeting in Cannes, France.

The Sun newspaper was informed by a source that “she and Lewis were only in Cannes for a short time but got on like a house on fire. They hung out every day and partied at night. By the end of the trip they were really close. They’ve been keeping in touch, with plans to meet up again soon.”

Hamilton recently said that he does not have time for a relationship, but things must have changed in his schedule. “I don’t have time. I’m the most busy I’ve ever been. I’m trying to win the championship and travelling like never before … I think dating and the relationship thing is down the line for me.”

The Formula One star is also an avid music enthusiast, composing his own tunes which are reportedly inspired by life itself.

“I’ve been inspired by life – the easy stuff like relationships, that’s always easy to talk about, and partying. It’s not really break-ups or none of that emotional stuff, it’s usually fun stuff. It’s the good stuff in relationships, the excitement when you’re in something new. I wish I could release my album this year, but right now I’m focused on working on getting the fourth championship. I hope at some stage people will hear it, but it’s not ready yet.”

Reports about the two were promptly denied, with a representative stating they are only friends getting to know one another.
