The TV personality has lost most of the weight gained during her pregnancy.
Baby weight is no match for Kim Kardashian. The reality TV star worried about her post-pregnancy weight and was determined to get back down to at all cost.
After giving birth to her son in December, she said, “There was a moment after [Saint was born] when my body was mush. I felt like Gumby. There was definitely a moment when I looked in the mirror and I was like, I am never going to be the same.”
West followed a strict plan that included dieting and exercising, which led to a 60-pound weight loss. Now at 132 pounds, she told People magazine, “I want to get back down to 120. My butt and my hips are the last to go, but I’m not stopping!”
The most famous Kardashian does an aggressive 6:00 a.m. workout with her trainer, Don Brooks. She is also on an Atkins diet plan and does not eat carbohydrates such as pasta and grilled cheese.
Thrilled with her improved body, she added, “Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes and it’s hard to get your body back in shape. It takes so much determination and mental and physical power and energy. After having two kids, and being able to get in shape and still feel good about myself, I’ve never felt better. I worked my ass off, I’ve altered my life and I’m proud of that.” West also notes to be happier than she ever thought as a parent.
The 35-year-old recently admitted to be jealous of friend Chrissy Teigen for looking great merely weeks after giving birth.
“I see my friends like Chrissy [Teigen], who I love to death, and I’m like, ‘Chrissy, I want to kill you. How do you do it?’ “
