The teen will put his rapping skills to the test.
David and Victoria Beckham’s 17-year-old son Brooklyn had appeared in The Vamps‘ music video, Wake Up, in late 2015. Now the teenager is set to show off his rapping skills on the band’s new album, which includes Tristan Evans, Brad Simpson, Connor Ball and Mames McVey.
In an interview with The Sun, Simpson said: “We want to get him involved. He can spit bars. He’s going to be rapping on the album. We’re probably two thirds through the album. It’s been fun. We just want to get more music out.”
The Vamps also spoke about working with Brooklyn, adding: “We were lucky enough to have Brooklyn in the video, he’s a super nice guy and crazy talented. Making the music video for ‘Wake Up’ was something we were super excited about! It has been a year since we did our last shoot, and we were eager to get involved in a new one! This video was something we had never done before; we performed on top of a radio tower, 100 feet in the air. It was pretty scary, but absolutely awesome.”
The up and coming rapper’s close friend, Tallia Storm, recently said his skills are really good while speaking about his obsession with the late Tupac and Notorious B.I.G.
“In my kitchen, we used to stand and rap. He’s obsessed with Tupac and Notorious B.I.G, so he’d always stand there and dance and rap to them. He’s really good. So maybe he’s a rapper, yeah. But he’s an amazing photographer,” she explained.
