Bill Cosby, the ace comedian is not going through the nicest patch of his career, as more than a dozen women came forward and accused him of rape and molestation.
In a recent interview with The New York Post’s Page Six, the actor broke his silence against the allegations of sexual abuse.
In the interview, he asked the ‘Black Media’ to remain ‘neutral’. He requested the reporters to remain impartial while reporting the news in front of general public.
The 77 year old actor showered praises on his wife Camille for standing by him in the midst of all these controversies.
“I expect the Black Media to uphold the standard and excellence in Journalism. During the time of reporting, you should do it in a neutral mindset”, said the actor.
The Los Angeles Police Department have started investigation against Bill Cosby in association with the revelations made by Judy Huth . Judy claimed that Bill has raped her when she was aged 15.
As per Jude, Cosby drugged her before forcing to indulge in a sexual act in a bedroom of the playboy mansion 40 years ago.
Cosby refused to make any comments about the ongoing investigation, as he’s been advised not to discuss things with the media.
Stacy Brown, the journalist who conducted the telephonic interview told that the actor sounded “upbeat” on the phone.
The accusation of rape charges has created negative impacts in his career. It resulted in the cancellation of some TV projects, and has tarnished his image in front of the general public.
