The Champions League Twenty 20 has reached the first fixture, where it will be between the IPL 2014 champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings at the Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium, Hyderabad on September 17, 2014.
Promising much action, this match gets rolling at 8 p.m. India Time.
Kolkata Knight Riders have won the toss and chosen to field first.
KKR comes off fresh from their win in the IPL 2014, and for this one, they expect nothing but the momentum going. Their opponents Chennai Super Kings are three time IPL winners, so the action will be quite packed for the opener of CLT20.
For the Kolkata Knight Riders, Gautam Gambhir remains their pillar of strength, while players like Robin Uthappa and Jacques Kallis have got runs under pressure whenever needed.
Especially with Kallis, Gambhir knows he is much at ease. Check the CL T20 schedule here.
The match goes live on Star Sports in India and on PTV sports/Ten Sports in Pakistan. For countries like Singapore, Nepal, Maldives, Hong Kong, South East Asia, Star Cricket will be telecasting the match live.
Watch the live streaming of the match only on Star Sports official website here or HERE.
KKR also leans much on the four overs that Sunil Narine will be delivering, much thanks to the overall economy rate he has maintained in T20s.
For CSK, best is expected to come off from Suresh Raina, who has been giving the runs and bringing in the right energy even when he is fielding.

They also have an expert batsman in MS Dhoni, who doubles up as the skipper with the same flair.
CSK got back Dwayne Bravo for CLT20 after he was missing in the IPL owing to shoulder injury.
While it remains an exciting contest for tomorrow, one has no choice but to see both KKR and CSK fight for opener with both having equal chances.
