Tiffani Thiessen, Saved by Bell Star, is planning a comeback on television and this time around with a new cooking show named ‘Dinner at Tiffani’s.’ The show is to have 40 minute’s episodes all centered on the actress hosting dinner parties for her celebrity friends. She is also to share her thoughts about being a mom and wife, as well as the intricacies of the hectic acting career.
It is being reported that some of her initial guests will include old costars Jason Priestley, as well as Seth Green with Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley, also set to tag along. The show is to premiere on the Cooking Channel on Feb 25.
At 41, Thiessen is best remembered for the hit program Saved by the Bell where she featured as Kelly Kapowski as well as on Beverly Hills and 90210 as Valerie Malone. Her last piece of action as an actress was in the procedural drama White Collar on its final season. Thiessen made headlines recently after announcing they were expecting a second child. They already have a daughter, Harper, aged 4.
The actress and Mother has in the recent past admitted that she was never the waify model type contrary to expectations in Hollywood and only started to appreciate her curves as she became older. She admits that weight issues started creeping in after ‘Saved by the Bell’ having gained 45 pounds while pregnant with her first child, Harper.
Thiessen, on the other hand, admits that she remains unconcerned about her weight nowadays as she has a personal trainer and frequently works to stay rim. Thiessen got her breakthrough in the acting arena at 15 with a part in Saved by the Bell when still at school in Long Beach California.
