Apple Inc (NASDAQ: AAPL) accidentally leaked the images of the rumored iPhone 6C on its Store Website. The red colored smartphone sitting on the universal lightning dock seem to be the next generation iPhone 6C. Apple didn’t do well in selling the current iPhone 5C, and probably is now ready with another colorful smartphone.
The images leaked on the Apple Store Website suggests that the company is working on a new colorful iPhone 6C, which it might launch at the WWDC 2015. The smartphone was entirely different than the iPhone 5C and was having a Touch ID sensor in place of the home button.
However, there is also an another side of the coin; the report suggests that the image that surfaced the internet, which was quickly pulled down, was only the result of a Photoshop mishap. Apple accidentally rendered the images with the fingerprint Touch ID in place of the home button, which made these speculations.
Apple is one of those companies that are highly secretive about its future products and is least expected to make such mistakes.
Apart from that, if ever, Apple launches the low-cost iPhone 6C, it is anticipated to have a 4-inch Retina display with Touch ID. It is expected to come loaded with dual core A8 processor along with the M8 motion co-processors.
Apple is also a few weeks away from WWDC 2015 where it can introduce the all new Mac OS X 10.11 and iOS 9. Without a doubt, both the operating system will have new features but the company is probably going to combine the two operating systems into one and collectively call it OS 11.
Apart from that, iOS 9 is expected to feature improvements in the design along with some under the hood improvements. Whereas, the OS X 10.11 is solely going to improve the characteristics and the stability of the current Mac OS X 10.10.
