Finally Samsung has launched its awaited Galaxy Note 4 phablet at the IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin on September 4, 2014.
The smartphone giant also announced Note Edge, which is a newer version of Note.
As rumored before, Galaxy Note 4 phablet comes with Quad-HD display (2560×1440 p resolution) at a screen size of 5.7-inches. While the screen size is same as Note 3, the pixel density has gone for a sharp hike of 515 ppi as compared to 386 ppi in Note 3.
Comparisons with Note 3 is obvious, given that there are two processor choices – 2.7 GHz quad-core one with Snapdragon 805 chipset and 1.9 GHz Octa-core with Exynos 5433 chipset and LTE Cat 4 connectivity.

Note 4 is loaded with 32 GB of memory, while Note Edge has 32 and 64 GB variants, both supporting microSD upto 64 GB. Note-4 come with a 16 MP camera loaded with Smart Optical Image Stabilizer for shake-free images, while on the front, it sports a 3.7 megapixel camera. Note Edge too has the same camera settings.
In terms of battery, Note 4 has a Li-ion 3,220mAh option with Fast Charging. Also keep a note of the Ultra Power Saving Mode, which protects battery life. A 3000 mAh battery has been given for Note Edge. Air Command functionality has been bettered for Note 4 and Note Edge.

Among the other highlights of Note 4 is improved speaker phone, multiple microphones and built-in Voice Recorder. The choices for Note 4 are Bronze Gold, Charcoal Black, Frost White and Blossom Pink.
The price is yet to revealed and it is expected to have its release in October.
In India, the price should be more than Rs 50,000, given the features.
