Orlando Scandrick, the star cornerback of the Dallas Cowboys, has been reported to have injured two vital organs on Tuesday and will stay out of the field in the next few matches.
Medical reports said that he will have to undergo an MRI, and then a surgery has to be initiated for fixing two of the ligaments that he has torn in the practice.
It will be a bad miss for the Cowboys as Orlando has been one of the top members of the team and has been a pillar at the cornerback position.
A collision with Lucky Whitehead has created an emergency situation. The team management reacted first and admitted Scandrick under the observation of the team physiotherapy specialist.
After accepting him in the medical house, they reported that he will need a surgery for the same and will be out of the field for an indefinite period. Before that, in the morning, he was found to be lying on the ground and screaming out of pain.
He was taken immediately to the locker room with a stretcher. Whitehead was before him, and he said that he thought Orlando will hit him at that moment, but soon he started to scream by covering his face.
It is expected that with the loss of the 28 years old Scandrick, it will be difficult for the Dallas Cowboys to get into the field. The management feels that the vacancy that they will face from the absence of Orlando is going to put the team in trouble in the next matches.
