Chrissy Teigen recently revealed her and husband John Legend’s newest endeavor. The two are taking swimming lessons since having their daughter, Luna Simone.

The 30-year-old Sports Illustrated model told People magazine, “I was in the pool today. I can’t swim, but I’m trying to learn for Luna, of course. There is nothing I want to do more than to get her into the water and for her to learn to swim. John can’t swim, either. And we don’t want to be helpless in any way, so we’re going to try to learn for Luna. We’re going to have someone come to the house.”

Although neither of them have a fear of water, they never took the time to learn how to swim properly. She continued, “I have no fear of water. John has no fear of water. Or animals, or sharks or what have you. We just didn’t have water in our face when we were growing up. It wasn’t something where we were dunked. I just want to make sure that she feels that she can cope with it.”

Teigen also shared a Father’s Day tribute to Legend recently. It read, “Happy Father’s Day to the most perfect man Luna and I could ever ask for. Since the day she was born, you’ve done every bottle with me, woken up with me to keep me company through every night. You don’t mind diapers, get all the best burps, and read her Goodnight Moon like poetry. It makes me so happy to see so much of you in her smile and eyes that completely glow when looking at you. She will never look at anyone – anyone – the way she looks at you.”

Jennifer Lopez and Lin-Manuel Miranda got together to record a song called Love Make The World Go Round. The money will go to the Hispanic Federation’s Proyecto Somos Orlando initiative, which “will address the long-term needs for mental health services that are culturally competent and bilingual. Proyecto will enable care to be delivered to those affected directly in the communities in which they live. Beyond emergency assistance, they will be provided with case management, crisis intervention and mental health services, among other needs.”

The collaboration brings two celebrated, Hispanic entertainers together in light of a crisis and the loss of many in the community.

Lopez announced via Twitter, “Me and @Lin_Manuel are working in the studio on something very special…#LMTWGR #LoveMakeTheWorldGoRound #happy4thofJuly.”

Miranda shard a preview of the song and wrote, “Sooo @JLo & yours truly went in on a tune that will benefit https://hispanicfederation.org/SomosOrlando/ here’s a taste! #LMTWGR”

The clip includes Miranda rapping, “A generation of innovators enabled to patiently wait for change ’cause change is what they’ve been afraid of … the malevolence can wait, raise a level of debate, celebrate, elevate,” and Lopez singing “We’re not staying inside today … they’re not taking our pride away.”

The shooting in Orlando last month took 49 victims and injured approximately 53 more people. The song will help support the families of the victims. Many other celebrities have come forth to lend their hand, among them Lady Gaga and Nick Jonas.

Oprah Winfrey has no regrets about walking away from her massively successful show, as she wanted to end it on a high note.

The self-titled Oprah Winfrey show, which consistently enjoyed high ratings, ended in 2011 as the highly-respected entrepreneur went on to form the OWN TV network. Winfrey would have celebrated 30 years on screen this coming September, but feels she quit the business at the right moment.

Winfrey shared with Entertainment Tonight: “I never wanted to be the person for whom people were saying, ‘Oh that show was so good two years ago.’ I never wanted to be the person who [was told], ‘You should’ve gotten out of the ring before you got punched stronger’. I never wanted to be the person who didn’t know when to exit the party.”

62-year-old Winfrey still enjoys telling stories and educating people, albeit in a different format through her television network.

“It was the most glorious, most amazing platform anybody can have to speak to millions of people every day and I think I exited in the exact right moment. So now I get to tell stories in a different way.”

Meanwhile, her weight loss battle has remained consistent and she is reportedly pleased. The media mogul has taken it slow and steady rather than trying a drastic and potentially overwhelming transformation.

She added: “I’m still on [the Weight Watchers eating plan]. I’m counting the points every day and slowly it’s happening. I love it.”

With that said, the icon prefers to keep an eye on her weight through shopping rather than using a scale.

“It’s a feeling where you get to the point where [you think], ‘Oh I can go to the store, I can pick that size, it’s available, I don’t have to like have it altered and all that stuff.’ So I’ll know when I’m there,” she revealed.

Lisa Vanderpump is reportedly walking out of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as she lacks the time to remain on the show.

The 55-year-old TV personality is the only member who has not yet signed up for another season. She has also expressed concerns about her unhappiness on the show due to “negative vibes” after not getting along with several co-stars.

TMZ reported that Vanderpump met with her bosses at her own restaurant recently to discuss everything in detail, revealing to be busy with her stand-alone show, Vanderbump Rules. She is also running three eateries and fighting against the dog meat market in China.

The news comes merely weeks after Yolanda Hadid left the program following a demotion to “house friend” as opposed to main housewife. However, sources state that there are no hard feelings between Hadid and the Bravo network.

Hadid did, however, wish that her exit would have been more graceful, having expressed her concerns via Instagram.

“I would have loved a more graceful exit then “Season 6” but sometimes we don’t get to control the ending of the chapters in our life………….. I am leaving what’s over without denying its past importance in my life. I believe that every exit is an new entry and with that in mind I say goodbye to my @Bravotv Family as I continue to focus on a my recovery, my children and bring back the privacy within our Home (sic),” she added.

The former housewife went on to thank fans for their support and admitted she was looking forward to a bright future, adding: “Thank you to all the fans for your love and unwavering support these past 4 years. I am grateful for the housewife experience and all it has taught me…”

At age 69, Steven Spielberg is well-known for his epic films over the past several decades. The Hollywood legend worked with Christian Bale as far back as 1987 in Empire of the Sun, and recently admitted that he has invested himself in Bale’s career since then.

Spielberg recently shared, “I take great pride in young actors who started off doing films with me and have then made careers for themselves. Nothing Christian Bale does has ever failed to impress me. He is fearless and he was fearless when he was 12 years old. I am impressed more and more with each role he takes. But in a quiet place in my own life I’ll say, ‘That’s my boy.’”

Among the list of actors Spielberg is proud of includes Harrison Ford, who starred in classics such as Indiana Jones. Spielberg admitted he enjoyed working with Ford and was often amused by what the two got away with. The iconic director also recalled auditioning actors for Raiders of the Lost Ark while making biscuits. He remembered, “We had a place called The Egg Company that George Lucas had built right across the street from Universal Studios. Every actor who came in had to meet me in the kitchen. The great thing about cooking is that an actor comes in to meet the director and the actor is usually terrified, especially if they are new, inexperienced actors. Cooking just puts us all on a level playing field.”

Katy Perry is currently not on the tip of everyone’s tongue, but the 31-year-old artist has managed to reach more than 90 million followers on Twitter. She has taken over various celebrities known for their social media presence including Kim Kardashian West, Justin Bieber, One Direction and Taylor Swift, whom she had a reported feud with previously.

Debbie Rowe, who was once married to the late Michael Jackson, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. She is scheduled to undergo surgery soon, TMZ reports.

The 57-year-old nurse is the mother of Paris and Prince Jackson. The daughter, now 18, had severed all ties with Rowe about a year ago.

Michael Jackson raised all three of his children without their mothers present. Upon his death in 2009, guardianship was awarded to the singer’s mother, Katherine, who grew close to Rowe after his death. This eventually created friction among the Jackson family. Although Rowe was apart of the children’s lives, many drifted apart following Paris’s suicide attempt in 2013.

The teen recently talked about her troubled past and posted pictures of her tattoos on social media with the caption: “the craftsmanship of tattoos will always be a controversy. some people like them, some people absolutely hate them. i appreciate art, i always have. especially when that art means something to me.”

It continued: “today i can look at my inner forearms and see art that has meaning for me, i don’t see a dark past anymore. my scars and self-hatred have been covered up by loving marks, creativity , ingenuity.. and depth. sure i will always carry my past with me, but i see ink as a way of changing for the better , always improving. they represent the strength for me. i look back at my old self and then i look in the mirror, and i see a fighter looking back at me.” Several of these tattoos pay tribute to her late father.

The late musical legend Prince had many websites over the last 20 years which were compiled into an online museum. 10 years after shutting down NPG Music Club, for example, the defunct property is now preserved for fans to recognize and admire once again. Known as Prince Online Museum, the website is an archive that highlights his interests in sharing music through alternative sources.

The director of said source, Sam Jennings, explained to Billboard: “We launch with 12 of Prince’s most popular sites, but over 20 years online, Prince launched nearly 20 different websites, maintained a dozen different social media presences, participated in countless online chats and directly connected with fans around the world. This Museum is an archive of that work and a reminder of everything he accomplished as an independent artist with the support of his vibrant and dedicated online community.”

The project was created and managed by those who worked on all of Prince’s Internet endeavors. Jennings continued: “The Museum was built by the people who worked directly with Prince on these projects. We are the originators, we are the experts. It is a labor of love, no money has been exchanged. There will be no downloads sold and no membership fees required. But we do have working versions of almost all of Prince’s official websites.”

Prince was partially known for fully embracing new technology as it grew and became more popular. He was one of the first artists to allow people to download select songs as a marketing means and to acknowledge fans. In essence, the late singer turned a new leaf early on for the world of music and pop culture, long before social media became prominent.
