The identity of “A” if finally revealed in the season finale of “Pretty Little Liars”

Viewers of “Pretty Little Liars” have been treated to a big teasing of trying to establish who could be behind the sabotage of Aria Montgomery, Emily Fields Hanna Marin, and Spencer Hastings. However the teasing has been received with fuming reactions on twitter where by the viewers indicated that it has nothing to offer since there was no even the slightest clue to confirm “A” might have been DiLaurentis twin.

This comes with the fifth season of the finale “”Welcome to the Dollhouse,” which is said to be so crazy twisty and with an overwhelming shock of revelations. However, the revelations are not easy to figure out. It is an interesting series where four girls have their lives turned down after the disappearance of one of their friends who starts harassing them after a year and threatens to reveal their secrets.

One of the shocking revelations is that the identity of Big “A” has finally been discovered even though not in a definite way that was highly expected by the viewers. Apparently, this is termed as the biggest moment of that particular episode.

Marlene King who is Executive Director of the series said that ‘A’ is Charles DiLaurentis who isn’t just a scary psycho. It is a beloved character that has been resurrected since the Hastings has found out what has been going on. Besides, the police are now well aware of what they have to deal with hence the liars have been forced to be in attendance to a prom from hell. However, it’s funny how it turns out to be that Charles is the long-lost twin brother of Jason DiLaurentis.

The finale is heart-pounding. This could be the feeling of majority viewers even if viewing experiences could be different. Many viewers may have been left lost for words after a revelation of what they would say they love most about “Pretty Liars”. This includes a show of girl power, incompetent police and Vanderwaal rising like Jesus just before Easter and which would leave behind a trail of questions.

A further research is required to establish the connection between bacteria and autism

Dallas – A newly reported case of an autistic boy whose warning signs surprisingly but dramatically improved while taking an antibiotic for strep throat is likely to be subjected to a broader research to establish the link between bacteria and autism.

John Rodakis who is the boy’s father and a medical venture capitalist says that he is very determined to understand what is happening in an effort that will not only help his son but a million numbers of other children.

The boy’s speech improved, he could make eye contact and his energy drives had greatly improved something that had not been noted earlier according to his parents.

According to Rodakis, there is no potential connection between autism and antibiotics a conclusion he made after speaking to many other parents who reported that some antibiotics relieved the autism symptoms, while others suggested that the drugs made conditions worse. On a more controversial note, some parents blamed their child’s autism diagnosis on the extended antibiotic regimens.

Into his own quest, Rodakis has approached the head of the Autism Research Program at Arkansas Children’s Hospital Richard Frye with whom he has begun a collaboration of a campaign that is expected to encourage further exploration into the integration between gut microbiome, antibiotics and autism.

“I don’t believe in the use of antibiotics to treat autism nor do I support that antibiotics helped my son”. Rodak is indicated. “However, I am more interested in seeing a more serious and tangible medical research that will unravel the mystery of why some children have an improvement when they take antibiotics while other have severe outcomes”. He further stated.

Rodakis who has a background in molecular biology is careful to explain that giving autistic children antibiotics could have negative effects on them hence this is not the answer. A further study is very necessary to ascertain the advocacy of using the antibiotics before creating a mad rush for parents who may embrace their use.

Research shows short power naps improves the brain’s memory function

USA – A new research has revealed that short power naps of sleep would play a vital role in boosting your memory. The researchers indicated that the ability of hold of information would be increased in five times if one can afford a power nap for a span of one hour within the day. They added that it nap does not have be too long since you only need 45minutes which will create translate to a significant improvement in one’s memory ability.

The study was carried out on 41 volunteers who were given specific words and word pairs that they were expected to memorize and remember. Half of them were asked to a nap for one hour and the others were asked spend time watching DVDs.

Their ability to retain the information they had been asked to memorize and remember was put to test after one hour. The researchers were ex cited at the results of the two groups. The takers of the one hour nap reflected amazing performance since they had a higher memorizing ability than those who had been watching DVDs.

The researchers have indicated that when your brain is sleeping, the working ability of hippocampus; the area of the brain which mainly performs the memory functions is boosted. However, the authors of the study have indicated a need for further studies to unravel the mystery of how the brain is able to distinguish between information that should be retained and that which should be forgotten by sleep.

The study comes at a time whereby insufficient sleep is becoming a widespread issue according to Center for Disease Control and Prevention study which indicate that most American adults are sleeping for an average of 6 hours every night. This translates to 40 percent unintentionally falling asleep at their work place.

That said, getting enough sleep is of paramount importance. The body gets to rest besides being repaired from the day’s stress whether the activities undertaken were strenuous or not.

A cancer scare leads Angeline Jolie to have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed

New York – “I underwent preventive surgery to have my ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed after a detection of early signs of cancer by my doctors”. This was said by Angelina Jolie whose decision has been embraced by top ovarian doctors who are encouraging women at risk of such cancer to follow suit after testing and identification of potential risk.

Jolie’s ovaries and Fallopian tubes were removed after a discovery of a BRCA1 gene mutation which is said to have been exposing her to ovarian and breast cancer risks. “BRCA1 gene exposes a person who 50 per cent risk of developing ovarian cancer”. Jolie said while confirming that the same disease killed her mother at 56 years.

It is just two years when the actress underwent a preventative double mastectomy which inspired a debate on women’s health and genetic testing. “The latest surgery procedure is less complex than mastectomy and this is where a woman gets into forced menopause. I well understand that I will not be able to have children and I am also expectant of physical changes which I will feel at ease with”. Julie stressed.

The effectiveness of the procedure is not always a 100% according to University of Chicago’s Chief of gynecologic oncology Dr. Diane Yamada but the benefits are tremendous. Yamada said that there was a huge spike at first when Jolie wrote about her desire to have preventive double mastectomy. However researchers credited the piece.

She reached her decision after serious consultations with her doctors and a series of blood tests hence she had all the clarity. However, she says that carrying the BRCA1 gene mutation does not give any certification for “a leap to surgery”.

She deeply feels for those women who have to make a decision like hers in their early years. Never the less, her encouraging message is there are many more options to deal with a healthy issue but you have to seek a wider consultation on them so as to choose the right one for yourself.

Study reveals Jupiter as the cause of our unusual oddball like solar system

Washington – A study has revealed that after the destruction of the first generation of orbiting planets, the planets in our solar system comes in as the second generation. The study also indicates that the inner solar system may have come under a clean sweep from Jupiter before positioning itself in its current place in orbit.

This according to the scientists is likely to give an explanation to the difference in the constitution of the solar system in comparison with the other planetary system that is orbiting different stars.

There is less super earth rock like worlds in other planetary system orbiting closer to the sun than Mercury and which are said to be about 10 times the size of the earth.

Astronomers have said that this is the theory that supports the solar system and makes it unique. It is referred to as the Grand Track theory which triggered the exploration of the solar system and which was first proposed for the first time in 2011.

The disruption of the orbits of the protoplanets by Jupiter may have led to the chain reaction of destructive collision. Besides, the debris may have destroyed planets that had been caught up in Jupiter’s rampage.

Never the less we would still get worried if satellites got destroyed especially in the low–earth orbit.

“The absence of planets inside the orbit of Mercury would be one of the most interesting features now that we are able to look at our own solar system in the context of all these other planetary systems.” This was said by professor and chair of astronomy, Gregory Laughlin. “The solar system is by day looking like an oddball”, Gregory added.

According to him, their work shows a possibility of Jupiter creating a collisional cascade within the solar system.

Amongst many other characteristics of the earth that may be explained by the findings, Gregory was quick to add that the main explanation would be about the “gaping hole” found in the solar system.

NASCAR failed to throw caution as Kelelowski took the win on the final lap

Fontana, Calif – Keselowski had his first victory at this track after passing Kurt Busch which was the second attempt at a green-white-checkered finish. It was not expected that Keselowski would take the Auto Club 400 at Auto Club Speedway since Kurt Busch had been leading all the way. All through the day, Kelelowski had maintained just one lap hence the excitement after clinching the win.

Kevin Harvick finished second after Busch tapped the wall which resulted to Keselowski’s passing. Busch followed in the third position while Paul Menard and Ryan Newman followed by many fans whereby they felt that NASCAR did not through caution to Busch who had been leading all along. This had upset so many finals due to the fact the fact that the win came when they were on the final lap.

Apparently, Auto Club had been Keselowski’s worst track. While many other people had taken only two tires, he had taken four and on his last pit stop.

There are different ways of analyzing if NASCAR should have given caution. First, when there is danger to other cars while on the track, the rule of the thumb is that NASCAR will throw a caution flag. Biffle was dangerously spinning the car while spewing debris across the track or perhaps was not able to remove himself away from the path.

He was ultimately able to move his car and cleared it from the racing surface. At this point NASACAR did not throw any caution.

The second way of looking at it is that NASCAR will generally throw caution in an attempt to protect those on the track. However it was not sure whether the track was safe with those few seconds like everyone else would argue out.

It was very clear that Biffle had been able to remove his car from the racing surface. Never the less, the big question remains, what else was clear within those few minutes? And why could NASCAR have thrown caution like it always does rather than wait to be sorry?

James Corden takes over the late night show and makes it his own

England – James Corden last night tool over an American talk show which through a long and enviable task made it his own. The show late night show had kicked off on a high note and on a simple fact that James had learnt almost everything required of hosting a talk show from Jay Leno.

Though he is relatively not known by the US audience, Corden was heaped with sincerity during his opening to a point of tearing up as he introduced his parents. He looked eager to go although within the comfort of planned bits than having to interact with guests.

The show did well with Ferguson hence there may be no too much pressure for Corden to make it a hit. However CBS hopes that Corden who was lastly seen in Rob Marshall’s Into the Woods will draw an incredible audience over time.

That said it may take quite amount of time to establish what kind of a brand that is and if history is anything to go by while considering how things have been evolving. Besides it may not be a Corden’s review and neither would it be about the Late Night Show. At its best is how Corden introduced himself during the one hour American show.

The same will be done on Tuesday and Wednesday which is the norm with any talk show business whereby you do the much during the first one night and on the next nights, you work on improving yourself in terms of honing your jokes and improved comfort level. Every day turns out to be a clean slate hence a slow building of learning while on the job.

What one seeks on a large scale is a continuous engagement with the audience just it was with the first show. This means you have to work on your confidence in a big way. This is so clear to Corden as he feels different. He comes without any snark as expected of any American Late Night Show host.

Former NFL player Sharper Darren sentenced nine-years in prison after pleaded guilty to sexual assault

Los Angeles – Darren Sharper, the former NFL has pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges which involved drugging and raping two women in Arizona. Sharper acknowledged the crimes through a video and pleaded guilty of having knocked out the two women with a powerful sedative known as “date rape” and which he had mixed with alcohol.

However the two women who had met Sharper at a West Hollywood bar in 2013 and 2014 were not present in court during the plea but the prosecutor indicated that they were in agreement with the plea.

Sharper will serve nine years of a 20-year prison term, a deal which was negotiated by his lawyers and state and federal prosecutors and encompasses sentences for crimes in four states. He is also expected to serve another nine-year federal prison term for related crimes in Louisiana and Nevada; terms that will run concurrently.

“It is in the best interest of my client that he has accepted this global settlement”, Leonard Levine is one of Sharper’s attorneys stated after the hearing.

The sentences may seem light in comparison to the crimes but civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred who was representing one of the sexual assault victims cited that her client was contended that Sharper had entered into a plea. “My client Jane Doe #2 is happy and is she looks forward to provide her victim with impact statement in court come July in California”. Gloria expounded.

Sharper had entered his plea at a time when preliminary hearing was about to begin before Judge Michael Pastor the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Until his arrest, the 39 years Shaper had been working as an analyst for the NFL Network in Los Angeles. Earlier on, he has been a one-time Super Bowl champion and a five-time Pro Bowler with the New Orleans Saints but he had retired in 2011.

Never the less, all the alleged sexual assaults and which call for a life imprisonment happened way after Sharper had retired from active playing.

Amy’s kitchen recalls 74,000 microwave meals after exposure to deadly bacteria

Amy’s kitchen – 74,000 meals produced by California based producer of organic microwave meals Amy’s Kitchen have been recalled. This came after a warning by one of the manufacturer’s spinach suppliers that their products had been contaminated by Listeria bacteria.

Listeria bacteria are known to cause serious and sometimes fatal infections especially in young children as well as the elderly. However, even in the very healthy individuals, they may suffer from stiffness, abdominal pain, nausea, severe headaches accompanied by headaches.

Multiple types of vegetables the likes of spinach pizza, vegetable lasagna, enchiladas, tofu scrambles, stuffed pasta shells and vegetable bowls all which comprise of spinach and are distributed in the main stores of United States and Canada were recalled back.

A statement from the Company indicated that they had not received any reports of illness related to any of their products. However, “we have notified all the distributors and retailers since we are taking this precautionary measure voluntarily and with the knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration”. The statement read in part.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have confirmed that eating Listeriosis contaminated food adversely affects people with weak immune systems as well as newborns. Pregnant women are not spared either because they are at the risk of cervical infections which would lead to spontaneous abortion or even stillbirth in the second trimester.

The affected products are those that were manufactured between the periods of January 21, 2015 and March 5, 2015. As an act of abundance caution, a full list of the recalled products has been provided on the Company’s website fda.gov where you will find the names, item numbers and lot codes of the products.
