Brooklyn Beckham lands big commercial gig with Huawei

Brooklyn Beckham, son of David and Victoria Beckham, will appear in a commercial for the cell phone company Huawei. He will reportedly be paid a large sum, albeit undisclosed, for his appearance. All negotiations were finalized earlier this week.

A source told The Sun: “Huawei went for Brooklyn because he’s young, well-presented and seen as a good role model for kids his age. He’s got millions of social media followers and this is a good way to engage a load of youngsters. People will think he’s only got this job because of his rich parents bur he doesn’t take anything for granted.”

Meanwhile, the 17-year-old photographer was recently in the U.S. following a visit to see his girlfriend, Chloe Grace Moretz in California.

She recently revealed: “My boyfriend is a huge support. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I don’t need a man for anything, but when I’m feeling bad about myself, he’s like, ‘Stop. Look at what you say in interviews. Look at what you stand for. Listen to your own words, because you’re as beautiful as you say you are! [He believes] women are more beautiful than they think. It’s nice to have a young man who’s 17 years old be able to look at a woman that way. I think it means we’re on the right track.”

19-year-old Mortez was first linked to Beckham while at Paris Fashion Week in 2014. After questions arose about whether or not she was dating Brooklyn Beckham, she said, “I think the more I don’t make it mysterious the more people don’t care, so yes we’re in a relationship.”
