Eva Longoria and Jose Antonio Baston tie the knot

After much speculation and the media wondering if Eva Longoria was trying to throw off the paparazzi for a while, it is now official – her and fiancé Jose Antonio Baston exchanged nuptials in Valle de Bravo, Mexico, on Saturday. The happy couple had a sunset ceremony, according to a source that told People.

Longoria confirmed the wedding by sharing a picture on Instagram of their rings and name cards with the caption, “In our garden, surrounded by a small gathering of people we love, Pepe and I tied the knot! #TalkAboutBlessed #ImStillFloating #OmgMyFeetHurt.”

Longoria wore a white dress designed by Victoria Beckham, where she and husband David were among the guests present. Baston wore a grey suit designed by Brunello Cucinelli, according to Hola! USA, a Telemundo news program.

“I’ve been waiting for a day like this my whole life,” the star told the Hispanic publication.

Al Rojo Vivo, another Telemundo news program, managed to capture some photos of the event.

Other guests included Mario Lopez, Ricky Martin, Katy Perry, Jaime Camil, Penelope Cruz, and Melanie Griffith.

After the ceremony, Hola! USA reported guests dined while the new married couple danced the night away. Their first dance was seriated by Colombian singer Carlos Vives’ Volví a Nacer.

Vanessa Williams, meanwhile, surprised the happy couple by entering the reception and singing the rest of her hit, Save the Best for Last.

The couple is now expected to honeymoon through next month, according to sources.
