Hugely awaited Telugu movie “Govindudu Andarivadele’’ starring Ram Charan in the leading role was released across theatres worldwide on October 1, 2014.
“Govindudu Andarivadele” is among the biggest releases of the year and has a huge screen count to get the cash registers ringing.
Helmed by Krishna Vamsi, the movie features Ram Charan in the role of a NRI, while actress Kajal Aggarwal plays the female lead. The duo has worked together in movies like “Magadheera” and “Naayak”, which worked well in the box office.
Apart from the leading actors, popular south stars such as Kamalinee Mukherjee, Prakash Raj, and Srikanth are also playing pivotal roles in the family entertainer.
The songs of “Govindudu Andarivadele” have created the right buzz before the release, and the movie is expected to benefit from the long weekend of Dusshera with no major regional releases on the same week.

The screen count of “Govindudu Andarivadele” is more than 1,200 screens, with close to 750 screens exclusively in AP/Nizam area, where it’s expected to do the best business owing to the lead actor Ram Charan’s popularity.
Trade experts are now expecting great numbers at the box office. The first day collections of “Govindudu Andarivadele” is expected to be more than Rs. 8 crore, but whether it can beat the first day collections of “Attarintiki Daredi” starring Pawan Kalyan remains to be seen.
