She could be detained for 36 hours or could have to face a heavy fine for disrespecting the national flag of Mexico state.
According to Reuters, local official Francisco Trevino said Nuevo Leon approved a warrant for the Interior Ministry to enforce the law on use of the flag.
The fine would be something around $1200 and detainment as mentioned of the singer is found guilty of the charge.
