High anticipated Tamil action thriller “Anjaan”, starring Suriya, to set to hit theatres across South India and worldwide on August 15, 2014.
The trailer of the movie was released recently to a thunderous response.
Directed by N. Linguswamy, “Anjaan” also stars actors like Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Manoj Bajpayee, and Vidyut Jammwal. Also to be seen in brief roles are Dalip Tahil and Chitrangada Singh.
From the trailer of the movie, one can make out the suspense element as one Suriya in a different outfit is looking for the second Suriya.

“Anjaan” remains the megastar’s biggest release till date, opening in cinemas globally on the same day.
The screen count for “Anjaan” is close to 1400, highest for the leading actor. Adding to the profits would be the dual release in both Tamil and Telugu languages.
Produced by UTV Motion Pictures with Thiruppathi Brothers, “Anjaan” has been dubbed for the Telugu audiences as “Sikandar”, which will be releasing the same day.
The 1st day box office collections of “Anjaan” is bound to set new records, given there are no large releases in the regional industry.
Bollywood too has just one release “Singhan Returns” releasing tomorrow, but for both Tamil and Telugu audiences, “Anjaan” is expected to take lead.
The Suriya starrer is also the first movie from South India to have worldwide digital release. The movie will not be released on physical print anywhere, according to sources in UTV.
